CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Forever Fit:

This beginner strength and conditioning class will help you improve overall balance and grasp the correct form in low-intensity workouts which can, in turn, get you into your own routine on main floor.  PERFECT for newcomers or experienced gym goers looking for a refresher on form!

Tabata:

Tabata training is the hottest trend in high-intensity, low- (or no-) equipment workouts. This structured interval workout consists of 20 seconds of all-out work, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated for a total of eight times on the same exercise. Do it inside or take it outside for a new way to experience these hard-core cardio and strength intervals!

PIYO:
PiYo™ is a class that combines Yoga Poses with Pilates mat exercises to build CORE strength and enhance agility and balance. PiYo™ is a faster paced class than Gentle Yoga and provides a moderately challenging workout similar to Vinyasa (flow-style) yoga.

INSANITY

Forget everything you think you know about high-intensity
workouts. Because INSANITY turns old-school interval
training on its head.  You work
flat out in 3 to 5-minute blocks, and take breaks only long
enough to gulp some air and get right back to work. It’s
called Max Interval Training, because it keeps your body
working at maximum capacity through your entire workout.
You keep pushing your limits – so your body has to adapt.
