CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Forever Fit:
This beginner strength and conditioning class will help you improve your overall balance and grasp the correct form with low-intensity workouts. This class can get you into your own routine that you can take onto the main floor. It’s PERFECT for newcomers or experienced gym goers looking for a refresher on form!

Forever Fit (Circuit Training):
This is a 45 minute beginner class that is designed to increase your cardio vascular strength, endurance and bone density. This class will target all muscle groups, giving you a full body workout by completing different circuits. Every class consists of different circuits!

Cardio & Abs:
This is a fun 45 minute fast-paced HIIT style class that targets mainly abdominal training and physical conditioning. The purpose of this class is to burn fat and develop a strong midsection through different types of exercises such as circuit training, interval training, abdominal exercises, bodyweight exercises and cardiovascular exercises all while using light weights.

Zumba®:
Zumba is a calorie-burning fitness-party™ that is inspired by different rhythms and dancing styles. It mixes low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval style of training. Zumba will help you tone and sculpt your body! No dance experience is necessary!

Tabata:
Tabata is a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout. It has longer workout periods usually consisting of 20 seconds with shorter rest periods consisting of 10 seconds. It is an effective and efficient workout. Tabata training will help burn fat, increase endurance, and improve overall muscle growth!

Yoga:
This class focuses on breathing techniques and movements that will increase your flexibility and balance while building strength and skill. Yoga is a relaxation class that allows you to focus on yourself, meditate and relieve stress.
