Flex Fitness is a “mom & pop” style fitness club that promotes health & wellness in Saugus & the surrounding areas with state of the art equipment by Lifefitness, Cybex, & Precor, that is guaranteed to fulfill all of your workout needs! You will enjoy your workout.

Upon entering, you’ll know you found something new and exciting!  We strive to create a community outreach between our members, residents & local businesses; whether it’s attending local events, donating to fundraisers or having local vendors at our Open Houses.

With individual TVs on all the cardio equipment, working out has never been easier!  XM Radio is played throughout the club with classic rock, today & yesterday’s pop hits, along with kicking cardio beats.

Feel uncomfortable in a gym atmosphere?  Need some pointers on correct form? Beginners and experienced gym-goers can always learn something from our team of goal-achieving trainers.  Set up an appointment with one of our highly educated, experienced, & knowledgeable trainers! We give all new members, whether you’re an experienced gym goer or brand new to the gym, a FREE workout with one of our Certified Personal Trainers.

Our upbeat and friendly staff are always available to assist with any questions you may have.  The entire workout area, locker rooms  and showers are sparkling clean…always!
